F+B Sports Paddle Warranty Policy

Every F+B paddle is built with the same craftsmanship and precision we use in aerospace grade products, and we stand behind that. Our warranty is designed to give you confidence without compromise.

30 Day Trial Period

For the 30 seven days after you purchase your paddle, you have 30 days to try it out and if you don’t like it for any reason send it back to us.  To start a return please visit the support portal, or send an email to CustomerSupport@fandbsports.com.  Please have proof of purchase ready.

·      Return must be initiated within seven days of delivery

·      F+B reserves the right to request that the paddle be returned or disposed of

·      Return shipping may apply

·      Refunds or exchanges will be processed once eligibility is confirmed

6-Month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

For 6 months following your purchase your paddle is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage begins on the date of original retail purchase, not on the date of registration of delivery. Replacements issued under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new term. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. 

We’ll replace paddles with manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship including:

·      Core separation or delamination

·      Handle failure or separation due to defective assembly

·      Edge guard failure from poor adhesion or material defects

·      Structural defects that materially affect performance

Our warranty does not cover:

·      Normal wear and tear (surface scuffing, grip wear, logo/decal fading)

·      Cosmetic damage from play or exposure

·      Damage from misuse or abuse

·      Heat or environmental damage

·      Unauthorized repairs or modification

·      Non-original purchases

·      “Blem”, “Scratch and dent”, or discounted paddles are sold as-is

 

Eligibility: Warranty coverage is valid for original purchases made through F+B Sports or authorized retailers. F+B reserves the right to inspect, verify, or deny warranty claims at its discretion if evidence of misuse or non-qualifying damage is found.

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Visit our Support Portal
2. Complete the short claim form including:
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the paddle (full view + close-ups of the affected area)
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or retail receipt)
3. Our team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days.
4. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement paddle or store credit at our discretion.

Additional Notes:

·      Shipping and handling fees may apply for replacement shipments.

·      F+B may require destruction of the paddle and proof of disposal (photo or video) before processing a replacement or credit.

Other Items

In addition to paddles, F+B Sports offers accessories, apparel, and other products. These items have different warranty terms than our paddles.

Pickleballs (All Models, Including LT Pro 48)

Pickleballs are not covered under any warranty, as cracking and wear are normal outcomes of regular play. Temperature, court surface, play style, and environmental conditions can all affect ball longevity and are not considered manufacturing defects.

F+B does not offer replacements or refunds for broken, cracked, or deformed pickleballs once they have been used.

Apparel and Soft Goods

Apparel items (shirts, hats, hoodies, etc.) are covered by a 30-day defect-only warranty. We will replace items that arrive with manufacturing defects such as:

• Stitching flaws

• Incorrect sizing due to labeling error

• Material defects present at arrival

This warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear from normal use

• Shrinking, fading, or damage from washing

• Accidental damage or misuse

Limited Inventory & Discontinued Items

Some products on our website are available in limited quantities or seasonal runs. If an item is discontinued or out of stock, F+B may offer a comparable replacement or store credit at its discretion.

Legal Notice

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. F+B reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer store credit for defective paddles at its discretion.

Replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty term.

This warranty applies to end consumer use, it does not cover paddles used for commercial, rental, or instructional purposes.

F+B Sports shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
