What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your paddle, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund.
What is the product warranty?
All F+B paddles come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue related to workmanship or materials within that period, we’ll replace or repair your paddle at no cost.
When will I get my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our paddles are proudly made in the USA, using USA-sourced components at our Utah-based facility. We’re committed to American craftsmanship and quality in every paddle we produce.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat $4.90 shipping fee on all orders under $200. Orders over $200 ship for free.
Are the paddles USAP certified?
In November of 2024, USAP instituted a maximum PBCOR score of .44 for new paddle certifications. F+B Sports Runout-H (hybrid) and Runout-S (standard) paddle shapes will phase out of USAP Phase II Certification at the .44 PBCoR limit on April 30, 2026.
To assure peace of mind and compliance for competitive players, F+B Sports will offer existing Runout-H and Runout-S customers a discount on future paddle purchase of 43% off retail.
Starting March 31, 2026, customers are asked to submit for coupon codes to the portal linked here. Proof of purchase required.
The Runout-E (elongated) model is unaffected as it is currently certified to the .43 PBCoR standard.
